Dream The Miles is a community created by people who choose to show up.
What to Expect
Whether this is your first 5K or your fiftieth, our runs are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and supportive. For participant safety, all children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult age 21 or older.

Our 5K run is designed to be welcoming and supportive. Whether you plan to walk, jog, or run, all participants are encouraged to enjoy the experience at their own pace. Families and stroller participants are welcome.
